Parameters

width: The width of the GrapeCity.Documents.Layout.LayoutView rectangle.
height: The height of the GrapeCity.Documents.Layout.LayoutView rectangle.
draw: A delegate that accepts a GrapeCity.Documents.Drawing.GcGraphics object and a Layer, and draws the layer on the graphics.
